Upon first launch, CypherBird generates a unique hardware-bound salt. You must provide a 4-6 digit PIN which is never stored, only used as a derivation key.
Navigate to the "Core" tab to initialize your local sandbox. This creates the hidden directory Documents/CypherVault/.
