Understanding the Sovereign Engine and your digital rights.

CypherBird is a Zero-Knowledge system. We do not store your keys, PINs, or recovery phrases on our servers. This ensures total privacy, but it means if you lose your credentials, we cannot recover your data. Your information is locked by you, for you.

No. Encryption happens locally on your device before it ever reaches our Vault. To our servers, your data looks like a "Sovereign Payload"—meaningless noise that can only be decrypted by your specific hardware and key.

We use a Client-Side Integrity Algorithm. Before encryption, your device locally checks for prohibited material (illegal or underage content). If a violation is detected, the engine will refuse to encrypt the file. We do not see your data, but we do not protect illegal acts.

Privacy is not a commodity, but maintaining a secure, unhackable infrastructure has costs. Your subscription funds server maintenance, constant security hardening, and ensures that you are the customer, not the product.

Yes. The Handshake is an RSA hardware-bound protocol. When you add a contact, you are creating a verified trust-link. This prevents man-in-the-middle attacks and ensures that only your intended recipient can ever view your shared payloads.
