Our commitment to absolute privacy and zero-tolerance for illegal misuse.
At CypherBird, we believe that privacy is a fundamental human right, not a luxury. Our mission is to return ownership of digital media to the individual. In an age of mass surveillance and data harvesting, the CypherBird Protocol stands as a sanctuary for free expression and personal security.
We operate on a Zero-Knowledge architecture. This means that from the moment your media is processed by our Sovereign Scrambler, it becomes unreadable to everyone—including us. We do not hold your keys, we do not monitor your traffic, and we do not sell your metadata.
While we provide the tools for absolute privacy, we do not provide a sanctuary for illegal acts. CypherBird strictly prohibits the use of its protocol for:
To uphold these ethics without compromising your privacy, CypherBird utilizes Client-Side Integrity Filtering. This local algorithm checks the digital fingerprint (hash) of media before encryption occurs. This process stays entirely on your device.
If a file matches a known database of prohibited illegal content, the protocol will refuse to execute the encryption. We do not see your file; our engine simply refuses to protect it.
CypherBird reserves the right to permanently block access to our Vault infrastructure for any user found attempting to bypass our safety algorithms. While we cannot decrypt your data for third parties, we will comply with legal requests to identify account headers that have triggered critical safety violations within our ethical framework.
